Over-the-Phone Technical Support! Our technicians don't have only computer experience, but also professional call center experience. This creates a perfect opportunity for the customer to save a lot of money. Unfortunately, due to licensing and liability issues, we are unable to offer this type of support for Operating System reloads and any kind of repair that requires the case to be opened. There are circumstances where our telephone technician won't be able to resolve your issue entirely on the phone. If that happens, we still have the availability to send technicians directly to you. Or to offer our Remote Services. Contact us to schedule a time for us to call and help you out!

Email Technical Support! Yes we can respond to most problems by email. Of course the time will be limited on replies and if your email is down you wont be able to use it so you can always call us!
Remote Technical Support! Remote control? We can see what you see and walk you through. This service is free for simple and median support. More complex support or direct interaction from the technician will incur a small fee!

Free Diagnosis and Price Quote! If you live within Tulsa County, there will be no service charge for us to go out to your location and diagnose your problems. Once the diagnosis is completed, you'll be given a quote for the service that is to be performed. Many companies will charge anywhere from $40 to $150 just to walk in your door. Our already low service charge ($30) is being waived for all of our customers within Tulsa County.

On-Site Support No need to spend the gas and time to come to us. We'll come to you! Depending on the issue, we can either fix it while we're there, but in some circumstances we'll bring it back for repairs, then drop it off when we're done! Service calls over 30 miles will incur a $30.00 travel fee.

Flat-Rate Services Many of the jobs that we do regularly are billed at a flat rate. And the rate that we charge will save you significant amounts of money. A great example would be our Operating System reloads. We'll take the computer back to the shop, save any data that can be saved, reload Windows, perform all Microsoft Windows Updates, and put all of the saved data back on your system. While this can take as much as 8 hours or more, we bill all Operating System reloads, which are done in our shop, at 3 hours of labor.

Low Base Rates Our base hourly rate is only $60/hour, which already lower than most competitors. But as we discussed above, everyone is available for discounts. Whether you're a new customer, repeat customer, local business owner, student, or a non-profit organization, you qualify for discounts!

Referring Customers If we gain your business, and you love the work that we do (which we're sure you will), you can refer other customers to us and get even more discounts. If you refer someone to us, you'll receive 10% off towards your next repair. This isn't for just one customer though, it's for all that you refer to us for life.* On top of that, if you refer 10 or more people to us, you'll receive the Status of "ETC Partner", which includes the 25% discount on all of your calls to us.
